Let commanders and pacers lead a crisis ST but don't risk the culture.


Every leadership style can have its place. But there is a time and a place. HR people need to be able to advise the Board on what is needed now and why ... and for how long. As the stewards of culture if HR is not in the Boardroom then chairs may not be taking culture risks sufficiently into account.
