You are crazy busy with stuff, actions, concerns, opportunities. As humans we are also a social species. Our greatest competitive advantage is ability to cooperate creatively. No other species can do both. That's why we are top of the food chain. (Yuval Hariri). This requires social skills - caring. Isolation is not cool or fun. Look for people around you that are isolated. Take time to reach out and bring them in closer. Everyone benefits - likely mostly you. Pay attention to those around you. It's important. Think of one person tomorrow, reach out for no reason, see how it makes you feel.
For parents, don't add to the problem ... 3 facts

2. If not made social by 4 (It is other kids that socialise or alienate yours. Not you.)
3. An alienated child (especially a boy) is all of our problem.
